What is Neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback is a tool which can teach the brain to change the way it functions.  Neurofeedback can train the brain to improve focus and attention, mood regulation, sleep, cognition, and peak performance, all without medication.  It is safe, nonaddictive, and can be utilized while on most medications.

We have all been through the frustration of trying to change certain aspects of our mood and behavior, like, being more motivated, following through on a plan, sleeping better, decreasing anxiety or feeling less depressed, only to find an unseen obstacle blocking the way to your goal.  It is much easier to change a problem when you can 'see' it through the neurofeedback 'mirror.' Neurofeedback can help identify those problematic brainwave patterns and help you to change those patterns.  The only active ingredient you need to bring with you is your intention to be your best self!

I have successfully worked with migraine sufferers, Developmental Trauma, Asperger's Disorder, PTSD, seizure disorders, substance abuse, and chronic pain sufferers.

The fee for one neurofeedback session is $80.00.  The session will last about 45 minutes.  A block of ten sessions can be purchased for $720.00.  Sessions are scheduled for twice a week for optimal results.
